CDM puts onus on you for responsible procurement
With the latest amendment to the CDM regulations, the onus is on the client to ensure a suitably qualified workforce is employed. There is also a requirement that any persons engaging in electrical work on the highway is registered to a sector scheme that falls under the umbrella of National Highway Sector Schemes (NHSS).
We do not subcontract our work out to third parties
SparkX field staff are highly qualified, and all staff are registered to the Highway Electrical Registration Scheme (HERS). HERS is a NHSS compliant sector scheme based on ISO:9001. As part of HERS, every operative holds a portfolio detailing what work they have been deemed through external invigilation competent to undertake.
Risk is mitigated at the design stage
In conjunction to the above, SparkX are also CHAS and Constructionline accredited, NICEIC approved contractors, where necessary and for works outside of the norm specific risk assessments and method statements for the works under the contract will be produced.
